Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Lifting Specialist to lead all lifting operations for our company as the project Lifting Technical Authority. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all project lifting activities to ensure they are executed in a safe and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage all lifting construction management aspects of construction sub-contractors within the area of product or project, defining specifications and standards and documentation to complete construction lifting activities.
  • Lead and optimise the construction lifting activities, including the interface with design and engineering teams, to help ensure compliance with standards and legal requirements.
  • Apply governance across project lifting operations to ensure consistency of application.
  • Initiate audit and review of construction activities and site activities to ensure compliance with specification, schedule, and legal obligations.
Requirements
  • CPCS Appointed Person (Blue Card)
  • Construction Operations or Project Management experience and Subcontract Package Management experience
