Role Overview

As a Senior Practitioner within the ASC Neighbourhoods Team, you will be an integral part of a skilled and dynamic multi-disciplinary team. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct swift assessments of residents requiring Adult Social Care, focusing on personalized care planning that prioritizes the needs and preferences of our community members.

This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the ASC Neighbourhoods redesign, aiming to deliver exceptional services to Camden residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Team Manager and Service Manager to promote a strengths-based approach throughout the service.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring best practices are modeled and maintained.
  • Foster a culture of professional development, encouraging continuous learning and reflective practice among staff.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in fostering a leadership style that empowers and recognizes team achievements. You should be committed to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of changes in practice.

A relevant qualification such as a BA, BSc, DIPSW, CQSW, or MA in Social Work is essential, along with registration with Social Work England.
