About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fund Administrator to join our expanding function in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of fund administration for a number of funds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the Investor Relations team to answer queries and provide timely responses.
  • Share fund distribution notices with investors and ensure accurate and timely communication.
  • Review and process payments to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Update static data and FX logs to maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare board packs and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Experience in fund administration, with a strong understanding of fund structures and cash flows.
  • Previous private capital exposure is beneficial, but not necessary.
  • Strong administration skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
