Branch Manager - Estate Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team in Rutherglen, working in our well-established Countrywide estate agency.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising the overall income and profitability of their branch, while providing an effective and professional estate agency service to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Running a profitable and well-organised office
  • Leading by example and delegating tasks to exceed performance and targets
  • Optimising opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions
  • Motivating and training a team of estate agents to achieve their full potential
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or Sales Negotiator looking to progress
  • Demonstrable Sales Management experience
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team
  • Outstanding customer care and communication skills
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence
