About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores Person to join our team at Severn Glocon Ltd. As a key member of our Stores department, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our inventory management system.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Record all incoming and outgoing stock accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular visual inspections of goods in and out to ensure quality and integrity.
  • Ensure all goods are booked in correctly and necessary documentation is completed.
  • Manage stock control within the Stores department to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a Stores environment, preferably in a mechanical or manufacturing setting.
  • Forklift license and experience operating an overhead crane (refresher training can be provided).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on Health & Safety.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines.
