The Liverpool John Moores University is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the Practice Learning Support Unit Administrator position. This role will act as the primary point of contact for students, external agencies, and university departments, providing administrative support for the Practice Learning Support Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring a high-quality, accessible, and responsive service.
- Manage day-to-day liaison with students, external agencies, and university departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Process placement-related documentation, including allocation of placements and maintenance of accurate records.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including students, staff, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous relevant administrative experience, with a strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
