Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operation and maintenance of conventional sewage treatment plants and pumping stations to meet quality standards.
  • Be involved in running advanced wastewater treatment and sludge process plants.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all colleagues, the public, and yourself at all times.
  • Provide emergency cover on the standby rota and take part in a shift pattern when applicable.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working unsupervised in an industrial or process plant is essential.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, maths, and a technical subject are required.
  • You must be happy working outside in all conditions and have a valid driving licence.
