We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Harbour Primary & Nursery School.
The successful candidate will provide support to teachers and students in a variety of settings, including classrooms and small group work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers and students in classrooms and small group work
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation
- Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support students with special educational needs
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in supporting Teaching & Learning or equivalent qualification
- English and Maths GCSE's at Grade C or above
- Experience working in KS1
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
Working Pattern:
The working pattern will be 8.35am - 3.25pm, Monday to Friday.
