We are looking for a talented Requirements Management Specialist to become a vital part of our team, focusing on the creation of a comprehensive framework for overseeing requirements within our nuclear development initiatives and projects.
In this essential position, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of requirements management practices and your proven experience in significant infrastructure endeavors to:
- Formulate and execute a detailed Requirements Management Strategy tailored for our organization.
- Establish a centralized Requirements Management System that includes tools, protocols, and interfaces with the supply chain.
- Engage with stakeholders to guarantee that requirements are documented in a clear, consistent, and thorough manner.
- Evaluate and confirm the feasibility of requirements.
- Maintain a traceable Requirements Traceability Matrix to monitor the evolution of requirements.
- Implement a structured process for managing changes to requirements.
- Identify and address risks associated with requirements.
- Incorporate requirements risk management into the overall project risk management plans.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Significant experience in requirements management for large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the nuclear or energy sectors.
- A demonstrated history of managing requirements for intricate projects, programs, and corporate entities.
- Experience with publicly funded infrastructure projects is advantageous.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (such as CRS, CBAP, etc.) are considered beneficial.
