Credit Control Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Control Supervisor to join Robert Walters Operations Limited, a well-established and successful organisation. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with up to two days per week working from home, along with other great benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise the Credit Control team, providing training and development opportunities, and recruiting new team members as needed.
- Credit Control: Oversee the evaluation of new customer credit applications, monitor credit exposure, and manage the collection of overdue accounts.
- Reporting & Analysis: Create and prepare regular reports on accounts receivable, aged debtors, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Senior Leadership Team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring timely payments and amicable dispute resolution.
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to Credit Control policies and procedures, maintain accurate customer records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement new technologies, and streamline credit control processes.
- Debt Recovery: Work closely with external debt collection agencies and legal teams to oversee and manage difficult collections and pursue legal action where necessary.
