Estate Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Estate Operations Manager to oversee the management of a large, prestigious estate, including super prime residential units and high-end retail spaces. Working for a leading property management company, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintenance, and compliance across the estate. You'll be working alongside, and supported by a team of professionals enabling you to excel in delivering operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee building services, maintenance, and safety regulations and compliance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to provide a world-class service.
  • Budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.

Requirements to excel in this role:

  • Proven experience in estate/facilities management, ideally within mixed-use developments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Expertise in compliance, health, and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple units and teams effectively.
