Applicants are required to possess at least a Level 3 qualification in childcare and comply with the nursery's safeguarding protocols. The Nursery Manager will oversee the execution of the strategic business plan, resource management, and the assurance of financial viability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage the nursery's business strategy and resources
  • Supervise financial operations and budgeting, ensuring adherence to regulations
  • Lead recruitment initiatives in accordance with Safer Recruitment practices
  • Engage with parents and guardians regarding the developmental needs of children
  • Act as the Designated Person for safeguarding, addressing any child protection issues
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework
