Key Responsibilities of the Hearing Care Specialist

This role involves field-based activities covering various locations. You will be performing comprehensive hearing assessments in line with HCPC standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and managing appointments with prospective clients while promoting and selling auditory solutions.
  • Handling the sales administration of orders efficiently.
  • Accurately completing audiograms and maintaining records within the CMS system.
  • Providing detailed reports to support testing, sales initiatives, and strategic planning.
  • Delivering outstanding aftersales support, addressing service inquiries, and resolving any issues.
Requirements for the Hearing Care Specialist

Applicants must be qualified Audiologists / Hearing Care Specialists with a valid driving license.

A friendly and approachable demeanor, coupled with a strong work ethic, is essential.

A customer-centric attitude and the ability to establish a solid rapport with patients and colleagues are crucial.

Compensation for the Hearing Care Specialist

As a field-based Hearing Care Specialist, you will receive a competitive salary along with a generous commission structure.
