We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN teaching assistant to support a SEMH pupil in a 1:1 setting. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of support and intervention programmes for SEND, as well as experience in SEN/SEMH and/or pastoral care.

The successful candidate will be patient, kind, and supportive, with a nurturing and kind mindset. They will be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the pupil, with a passion for inclusive education and a commitment to delivering the school's core values.

The role requires the ability to work with children, with a successful track record of supporting pupils with SEMH needs. The ideal candidate will be confident, understanding, and open-minded, with a comprehensive knowledge of behavioural management and additional SEN/SEMH requirements.
