Your Key Responsibilities:

* Manage product quality-related issues raised by customers, identify root cause, and implement permanent corrective actions.
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues quickly and efficiently.
* Monitor and update the Quality Dashboard and key performance indicators, including Defects Per Units monitoring.
* Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement, such as 8D Problem Solving Methodology and Measurement System Analysis.
* Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to solve customer-faced problems and guide teams to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.

What You'll Bring:

* Relevant STEM degree or equivalent work experience.
* Experienced level of 8D Methodology.
* Advantageous experience working in the Life Science industry or Plastics/Injection Molding environment.
* Working knowledge of 5Whys and Fishbone Diagram.
* Advanced experience of Excel, including Pivot Tables and Charts.
* Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
* Planning and prioritizing activities.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to present data effectively.
* Analytical skills.

Working Conditions/ Schedule:

* Some travel, including international travel, may be required.
* Position will be Fully On-site (Wotton).
* Own transport required due to rural location.
