Reporting To: Managing Director – Albany Pest Control

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead the sales function, coordinating sales activity and implementing effective selling techniques to meet and surpass annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to expand the contracted customer base, ensuring sustainable growth and market share.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying up-to-date with new products and services.
  • Own and manage the sales team, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring to ensure high performance.
  • Collaborate with the Division Managing Director to identify growth opportunities and expand the Albany business.
  • Contribute as a key senior member of the Albany management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing sales management systems, preferably in the pest control industry.
  • Performance-driven with a track record of delivering results.
  • Sufficient resilience and robustness to effectively manage a sales team.
