About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities, and build relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
  2. Customer Engagement: Work with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and negotiate sales agreements.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product offerings, features, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability, place orders, and update customer records.
  5. Customer Service: Ensure a seamless customer experience by following up on deliveries, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining contact to build relationships and future business.
