About the Venue

Our venue is set to deliver an unparalleled food and beverage experience, catering to over 23,500 attendees and featuring exceptional culinary offerings unique to the Manchester area.

With a diverse selection of bars and restaurants, alongside premium lounges and clubs, we aim to provide an extraordinary hospitality experience that reflects our vibrant community and commitment to sustainability.

Role Purpose

As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations, managing both hot and cold food service, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising kitchen staff and maintaining high service standards.
  • Ensuring allergen awareness and optimizing kitchen workflow.
  • Demonstrating comprehensive menu knowledge and communicating effectively with your team.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and collaborating with back-of-house staff to foster a positive work environment.

This is a permanent position that requires flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, showcasing a solid background in culinary operations and kitchen management.
