As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our network of third-party delivery kitchens. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our franchisees are operating efficiently, cooking our food to high standards, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Training: Help new franchisees learn our brands and cooking procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality food to our customers.
  • Site Checks and Quality Control: Conduct regular on-site checks to monitor kitchen performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements to enhance food quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve site issues, and gather feedback to share with the broader team, driving continuous improvement.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze site performance data to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the wider team to optimize operations and maximize sales.
Requirements
  • 1-4 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role, preferably as a General Manager of a single site or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Fluency in English and the right to work in the UK is essential.
