ABOUT THE ROLE

We are in search of an Assistant Manager for our upcoming Peter Alexander store. In this role, you will be driven by the ambition to boost sales and passionate about crafting memorable experiences for our customers.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and entails availability during weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales and meet targets and KPIs
  • Assist in the training and development of the store team to enhance productivity
  • Foster a safe working environment for both team members and customers
  • Aid in the daily management of inventory to minimize loss and maximize sales
  • Support the implementation of visual merchandising strategies and promotional updates
  • Help manage the store schedule in accordance with trading needs

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in team development and coaching
  • Previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in retail
  • Ability to deliver a genuine and unique customer experience
  • Proven track record in achieving sales, wage, KPI, and stock loss targets
  • Prior experience in visual merchandising based on a brief
