Job Title: Global Strategic Consultant Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Strategic Consultant Leader to join our team at NCC Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our global strategic consulting proposition to ensure C&I services deliver innovative, high-quality consultancy and value-added services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a team of experienced Strategic Consultants to provide high-level consultancy advice and guidance to clients.
  • Identify long-term, high-value opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions and drive positive outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our services remain relevant and effective.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategic consulting and leadership roles.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT security, cloud security, system hardening, incident response, and protective monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across a global organization and drive positive outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful strategic consulting strategies.
