Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring all leads are maximised and followed through effectively.
- Branch Performance: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, setting performance targets, managing budgets, and driving profitability. Identify areas for business growth and implement strategies to capitalise on opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained, handling client interactions with professionalism and ensuring a smooth sales process from valuation through to completion.
- Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to generate new business, secure property listings, and close deals. Proactively drive the branch's presence in the local property market.
- Team Development: Manage, coach, and develop the sales team, providing support and training to ensure high performance and career growth.
- Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
- Sales Expertise: Proven background in property sales, ideally within an estate agency, with a strong track record of hitting sales targets.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management abilities, with experience in motivating and developing a sales team.
- Communication: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Drive for Results: A commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve results and grow branch performance.
- Driving Licence: A full, clean driving licence is required.
- Competitive base salary of £30,000 with OTE of £60,000+
- £4,000 car allowance
