  • Write up quotations based on engineers' estimates.

Job Scheduling:

  • Organize jobs to optimize business efficiency while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule jobs for our tradespersons and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.

Customer Service:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer enquiries with professionalism and politeness.
  • Respond promptly to email enquiries and book appointments.
