Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient care and manage all areas within the department, demonstrating professionalism, clinical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
- Coordinate all patient and nursing staff activities, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
- Provide support to the Senior Sister and Matron, participating fully in the development of initiatives that support the improvement of patient care.
- Take responsibility as the named Nurse for a defined group of patients in the Emergency Department, working with minimal supervision to assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care programs.
