About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and complex physical health issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work within a multi-professional framework to provide person-centered care to service users with complex needs.
  • Take charge of shifts and offer management supervision sessions to Clinical Support Workers.
  • Develop and implement robust transition plans to support discharge to future placements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the lives of adults with learning disabilities and promote their independence.
Requirements
  • RMN/RNLD First Level NMC register nurse.
  • Specific courses related to Learning Disability.
  • Demonstrate commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
