Assistant Team Leader Role

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Team Leader to join our team in Berkshire. As an Assistant Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Team Leader in the day-to-day running of the shift, ensuring that operations are efficient and customer needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Team Leader in supervising operatives and agency staff to ensure smooth operation of the shift
  • Oversee the use of systems such as JD Edwards, Excel, Webfocus, and Outlook to enable efficient operation
  • Ensure replenishment and other operational tasks are completed to the expected standard

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
