Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Addition+. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including pipeline forecasting and reporting.
  • Build and mentor a sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Utilize CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to track sales performance and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in tech/SAAS sales, preferably selling to recruitment businesses.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the recruitment technology (RecTech) solutions.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes, including back-office operations in recruitment agencies.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • Ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
