Role Overview:
As a Retail Operations Leader, you will exemplify leadership by making decisive choices and taking initiative when challenges arise. Exceptional customer service is crucial for maximizing revenue, alongside effective product sourcing and merchandising strategies, with a focus on omnichannel and online initiatives to fulfill our retail objectives.
This role encompasses 35 hours per week, including weekend shifts on a rotational basis. This is a remarkable chance to contribute to the launch of a new store and create an immediate impact.
In managing a new retail location that features both donated items and a selection of new products, you will need to be commercially astute, driven, well-organized, and hands-on. Your passion and leadership skills will be essential in motivating your team to optimize profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating team members
- Ensuring that the store meets sales objectives
- Identifying opportunities to boost sales and enhance operational efficiency
