About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Analytics Business Partner to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our Data & Analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior partners to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Design and build data analytics solutions using SQL and Power BI.
  • Lead Data Council meetings to prioritize and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business unit leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data analysis and business partnering.
  • Strong understanding of SQL, Microsoft Power BI, and software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and form strong relationships with stakeholders.
