Behaviour Mentor | Job Opportunity

At Ribbons and Reeves, we are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work with students in a Havering Secondary School.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students displaying disruptive behaviour in and around class. You will use your personality, determination, and reason to provide them with a safe space, a mentor, and a firm-but-fair friend to help them get their education back on track.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with students to identify and address the root causes of their behaviour
* Liaise with and take advice from SLT/SENCo colleagues to ensure effective support
* Lead 1:1 sessions with students to improve their behaviour and academic performance

What We Offer:

* Competitive daily rate of £90-£100 (inclusive of holiday pay)
* Paid weekly via PAYE
* Opportunity to work in a East London-based school with a focus on providing experience and training
* Immediate-start available for the successful Behaviour Mentor
