Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 base salary (depending on experience)
Commission: Uncapped commission scheme (average bonus - year 1: £4k, year 2: £11k, year 3: £18k)

Position Overview:

Your role in this exciting opportunity will involve achieving and surpassing financial, appointment, and outbound sales targets as set by your manager, while also nurturing and expanding your customer portfolio for which you will be fully responsible.

Our client is experiencing significant growth within their Road division and is looking to enhance their national sales team through a rewarding scheme.

  • Confident, resilient, and assertive personality.
  • Experience in sales or road freight is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Motivated to achieve success and eager to learn.
  • Ambitious to grow and excel in a sales career.
  • Enthusiastic about sales and customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess a valid clean driving license.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify sales leads utilizing the Company's internal CMS or other information sources.
  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients to profile and qualify prospects, leveraging your understanding of our client's product offerings.
  • Meet with prospective customers and prepare quotations for their consideration.
  • Manage your assigned accounts by maintaining and enhancing business levels within that client base, ideally aiming to become their exclusive supplier.
  • Proactively engage with your customers to ensure their needs are met and to explore further business opportunities within those accounts.
