About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Cavendish Maine. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products that will drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including garden centers, gift stores, and ecommerce businesses
  • Present and demonstrate our products to customers, highlighting their benefits and features
  • Work closely with our experienced mentor to develop and refine sales skills and techniques
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience in sales, customer service, and communication
  • High energy levels, determination, and a hunger to succeed in sales
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Social confidence and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • High levels of IT competence and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • A full driving license with no more than 3 points
