Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs for our learners, focusing on Residential Childcare and apprenticeships.
- Support a diverse cohort of learners through their apprenticeship journey, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to promote our services and ensure seamless delivery.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor learner progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective.
- Teaching qualification (AET, DET, Cert Ed, PGCE) or equivalent.
- Experience of delivering CYPF apprenticeships and relevant occupational competency within the CYPF sector.
- Strong track record of supporting learners through End Point Assessment.
- Ability to manage a caseload of learners with varying learning requirements.
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent Functional Skills qualifications.
- A competitive salary of £32,000, with the potential to earn up to £6,000 per annum in KPI-related bonus.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 20 days annual leave, 3 Paragon Days, and up to 3 days of paid volunteering leave.
