We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our Store Management team in Ashford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in partnership with the Store Management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • As a role model, drive a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a great atmosphere in store
  • Analyze sales figures daily and make informed commercial decisions to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Sales Assistant or Supervisor in retail
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Passion for our product and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to take ownership and drive results with a commercial mindset
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
