The Role

As a Supervisor at JACK & JONES, you will be part of our Store Management team, driving the best in-store experience for our customers and colleagues. Your role will involve working in partnership with the team, analyzing sales figures, and making commercial choices to deliver on KPIs, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the Store Management team to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Lead by example, driving a great atmosphere in store and promoting a positive work environment
  • Analyze sales figures daily and make informed commercial decisions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and sales performance
  • Lead and develop the team to achieve individual and store goals

Requirements

  • Experience as a Senior Sales Assistant or Supervisor within retail
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Passion for our product and brand
  • Ability to take ownership and drive results with a commercial mindset
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and develop
