Position Overview:

Our team at Accoravillage is seeking a Team Leader to enhance our operations. Join our dynamic and expanding workforce at Accoravillage. The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer service while promoting the growth and development of team members. You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency by executing managerial responsibilities, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and performance assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by being well-versed in all available products.
  • Mentor and develop a team dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences to our clientele through effective coaching and constructive feedback.
  • Drive business performance and meet essential KPIs.
  • Achieve sales targets while ensuring customer experience, merchandising, visual presentation, and operational standards are met.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, sales personnel, and store management.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn and share knowledge of products and trends to meet customer needs.
  • Stay informed about all product knowledge and current or upcoming trends.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support key initiatives in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Take a proactive stance in business growth through community engagement.
  • Prioritize a culture-first approach in all actions, emphasizing personal development and self-awareness.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences consistently, showcasing our remarkable products to the community.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail management or as a keyholder.
  • A strong passion and understanding of streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • Proven experience in supervising, training, and mentoring sales associates.
  • Confident in engaging with customers to provide an elevated service experience.
  • Driven to achieve outstanding results through enthusiasm for customer interaction and athletic products.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, including problem-solving, decision-making, and financial analysis.
  • Resourceful and adaptable in responding to the evolving demands of a fast-paced retail environment.
  • High standards of ethics, values, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
