We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Legal Assistant to join our Wills and Probate team at 2M Legal - Executive Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and ensuring the smooth operation of our probate and estate administration services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to our lawyers, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating with clients
  • Assisting with the preparation of Wills, Probate, and Trusts documents
  • Managing case files and ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal administrative role, preferably in Wills and Probate
  • Strong understanding of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Lasting Power of Attorney
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
