Job Title: Finance Transformation Project Manager

The Finance Transformation programme is a strategic initiative aimed at driving business growth and efficiency. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the programme's delivery, ensuring successful implementation of key projects and maximising stakeholder value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential obstacles, ensuring programme delivery within budget and timeline.
  • Create and maintain a RAID log for each project, tracking progress and issues.
  • Identify and allocate necessary resources to ensure successful project execution, including staffing and external stakeholders.
  • Define project objectives and scope, ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business, people, and technology change, with a focus on large-scale complex transformation programmes.
  • Familiarity with implementation of solutions, including change management, communications, and training.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence teams through indirect means.
  • Accomplished at managing and influencing teams, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
