Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will represent one of our esteemed Group brands, working Monday to Friday. The primary objective is to retain and expand business by managing sales, support, and service relationships for our high-value customer accounts.

You will play a vital role in our Client Relationship team, delivering exceptional service to our clients while enhancing their account engagement.

The key duties of your position will include:

  • Serving as the primary contact for your clients, focusing on account retention and growth against established targets
  • Ensuring superior customer service by providing both proactive and reactive support
  • Monitoring adherence to service level agreements and managing post-sale communications with clients
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new contracts and conducting introductory reviews with new clients
  • Performing analysis on key accounts based on generated reports
  • Coordinating customer projects, special events, and tailored products.
