Business Development Manager, Executive Search Firm

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Michael Page Sales. As a key member of our Executive Search Firm, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with market trends and client requirements
- Utilize data analysis and Microsoft Power BI to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the recruitment or executive search industry
- Strong consultative and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and utilize tools like Microsoft Power BI to inform business decisions
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends
