We are seeking a Catering Trainee (Apprenticeship in Production Chef (Multiskilled) Level Two) to join our esteemed social enterprise, The Sandwich People. This initiative focuses on delivering high-quality food services to local businesses and individuals while providing training opportunities for those facing homelessness.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will receive:

  • Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (QCF)
  • Functional Skills in English (Level 1)
  • Functional Skills in Maths (Level 1)
  • Employment Rights & Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Personal Learning & Thinking Skills (PLTS)
  • Additional training through William Booth College as deemed necessary for your personal growth
