About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Akari Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing of our residents by providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful environment, upholding our values of Personalised, Kind, Caring, Trusted, and Community
