Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Planning and Execution: Create menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements, ensuring a high level of presentation and quality.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing needs and priorities.

Requirements:

• Culinary Qualifications: City & Guilds 706 1&2 or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in culinary arts.
• Food Safety: Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, ensuring a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a Head Chef or Head Cook, with a proven track record of supervisory or line management experience.
• Soft Skills: Caring and compassionate nature, ability to delegate effectively, and a strong work ethic.
