Job Title: Lead Systems Engineer - Design Assurance

Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities: Ensure that technical tasks are executed in line with engineering protocols and that suitable levels of internal and independent oversight are maintained. Develop and oversee engineering standards and processes to demonstrate competence and compliance. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to fellow engineers. Assist in external reviews as required. Act as a deputy for the Principal Engineer when necessary as part of professional growth. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Science). Experience in the engineering lifecycle. Background in managing complex projects. Familiarity with applicable engineering standards, including safety and environmental regulations. Benefits:

The Governance & Assurance team plays a crucial role in the effective delivery of engineering outputs throughout the lifecycle, ensuring a consistent approach through mutual assurance and the implementation of plans and processes while promoting continuous improvement. This role provides an excellent pathway towards achieving Chartered Engineer status. Relocation support packages are available for eligible candidates.
