About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Unity Trust Bank, a specialist business bank with a strong commitment to positive economic, social, and environmental change. As a Trade Union Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in defining and building bespoke marketing support for our TU customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that meet the needs of our TU customers, working closely with Regional Managers and other teams.
  • Build strong relationships with TU marketing teams and identify new channels for communications.
  • Collaborate with the Social and Content Manager to create engaging content for our target audiences.
  • Plan and deliver events that build customer understanding and loyalty, working with Regional Managers and the marketing team.
  • Assess partnership opportunities and support the delivery of required materials.
  • Support the marketing team with additional ad hoc requests and activity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content for different audiences.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the principles of SEO and a passion for being the customer voice within an organisation.
