Position Overview
Equal Education Partners is seeking a dedicated KS3/4 Welsh Educator to contribute to a vibrant educational environment. This institution is recognized for its exceptional facilities and commitment to fostering an inclusive atmosphere for over 1300 students.
Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering engaging Welsh lessons to students across various abilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and preparing comprehensive lesson plans.
- Participating in collaborative staff meetings.
- Evaluating student work, monitoring progress, and implementing effective interventions as necessary.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess Qualified Teacher status, be registered with the EWC, and hold an enhanced DBS check or be willing to undergo one. A passion for education, strong classroom management skills, punctuality, and organizational abilities are essential.
Resource Management
In addition to teaching duties, the educator will oversee the provision, assessment, and evaluation of resources related to KS3 and KS4 Welsh coursework.
