Gas Engineer

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join their team. As a Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining domestic gas and renewable energy systems, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, self-motivation, and health and safety.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Install and replace domestic gas and heat pump systems.
- Diagnose gas and renewable systems, aiming for a first-time fix.
- Service gas and renewable systems to lengthen the life span of the system.
- Ensure workmanship meets the highest quality and customer regulations.
- Obtain high levels of self-motivation to complete workload in required time frames.
- Develop a good attitude towards work.
- As an experienced and confident domestic gas engineer, you will have the necessary Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CEN1, CPA1, HTR1, CENWAT, ACS.
- Unvented Hot & Cold Water Systems are desirable but not essential.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working within the domestic gas field, including 1st & 2nd fixing.
- Experience installing/servicing Air Source heat pumps, preferred but not essential.
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
