Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team and cover half of the country, either North or South, depending on your location and previous experience. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for selling a range of high-quality end-of-line packaging machinery and associated flexible packaging consumables to non-food manufacturing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell packaging machinery and consumables to non-food manufacturing markets
  • Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales of packaging machinery or similar high-value product handling solutions
  • Technical background, ideally with an engineering background
  • Experience in selling to manufacturing and distribution sectors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
