Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Adecco. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Perms desk with candidate and client communications, handling queries from clients and candidates, and ensuring administrative compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Perms desk with candidate and client communications, including phone and email interactions.
- Carry out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
- Support the recruitment of office professionals through advertising, social media, LinkedIn, and job boards.
- Receive and review applications, conducting initial screenings and registering candidates to match available roles.
- Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract top candidates, including creating content and providing briefs to the team.

- You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable interacting with clients and candidates via phone, video link, and face-to-face.
- You will possess strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in administrative and compliance tasks.
- You will have a people-first mentality, prioritizing candidate care and satisfaction.
- You will be creative and enthusiastic, with a willingness to voice your ideas and implement them.
