About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Adecco. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment processes, ensuring seamless communication with clients and candidates, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.
  • Communicate with clients and candidates via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Manage candidate databases, track applications, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in recruitment services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration, human resources, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, administrative support, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
